1. General

The Seller (HRK Shop), operating through https://hrkshop.com, provides and ships the products listed on the website. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions, including the mandatory Return Policy at:

Agreement to these Terms is a binding requirement for completing a purchase. The Buyer acknowledges that by checking the confirmation box during checkout, they have entered a legally enforceable contract.

2. Product Description and Condition

All product specifications are listed in the product description. Images are for reference only and may not exactly match the delivered item in PCB version, component types, colour, or labelling.
Pre-order items may require additional preparation or assembly before shipment. Delivery time estimates are stated in the product description.

3. Dispatch and Delivery

In-stock products are dispatched within 2 to 10 business days after cleared payment.
Pre-orders are dispatched based on lead times indicated in the product page.
Products are only shipped to the address specified during checkout.
Delivery time depends on the shipping method and destination; HRK Shop bears no responsibility for courier or customs delays.
Tracking details are provided when applicable.

4. Payment

Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer and Credit Card.
If payment is not cleared within 7 calendar days, the order will be cancelled automatically.

5. Customs and Import Charges

The Buyer is solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable customs laws, taxes, VAT, import duties, and any additional charges that may apply in their delivery country or region.
It is the Buyer’s duty to check local regulations and anticipate costs before placing an order.

HRK Shop does not cover, refund, or absorb any customs-related costs. Orders returned due to refusal to pay these charges will not be eligible for reimbursement of shipping or customs costs.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of cleared payment, provided the item has not yet been shipped.
After shipment, cancellation is no longer possible.

7. Return Policy

Returns are governed strictly by the 7-day return and refund policy, available at:

Returns are accepted only if:

The product is unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging with all accessories and seals intact
A request is submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery
The return is sent using a trackable delivery service at the Buyer’s expense

Returns outside this timeframe or involving used/damaged products will be rejected.
The Buyer accepts that this return policy replaces any local return rights under national or EU law.

8. Products Damaged During Transport

Transport damage must be reported to the Seller within 24 hours of delivery.
Items must be returned immediately in original packaging.
HRK Shop will send a free replacement, while the Buyer covers return shipping costs.

9. Warranty Terms

HRK-branded products come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing and component defects.
Third-party products are excluded.

Warranty coverage requires that:

Products are returned in original condition with packaging and accessories
The Buyer pays return shipping
Any tampering, unauthorized modification, repair attempts, or seal removal voids the warranty
Misuse, incorrect voltage, or mishandling is not covered

10. Warranty Limitations and Exclusions

The warranty becomes immediately void in the following cases:

Unauthorized repair or modification attempts
Alterations of the internal circuitry
Attempts to “improve” or repurpose the product
Physical damage caused by misuse
Products with removed or broken warranty seals

Additionally:

HRK Shop does not provide warranty for products purchased from third-party sources, including online resellers, auctions, marketplaces, or any unauthorized intermediary.

If a product is acquired second-hand, used, or “as-is” and the new owner requests warranty repair from HRK Shop, the request will be declined, even if the issue is manufacturing-related.

In such cases, HRK Shop may optionally offer general advice or troubleshooting guidance, but bears no responsibility for repair, replacement, or support.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

By placing an order, the Buyer consents to the collection and processing of their data (name, email, shipping address) solely for the purpose of order fulfillment.
We may send occasional product updates or offers.

12. Cookies

13. Legal Binding and Waiver of Local Rights

By placing an order and explicitly confirming acceptance of these Terms and Conditions during checkout, the Buyer:

Enters into a legally binding agreement
Confirms awareness of and agreement with the 7-day return policy
Voluntarily waives any local or EU-imposed consumer return rights (including 14-day cooling-off periods) where applicable

This waiver is permitted under EU law as per Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 6(1)(h) and Recital 37, provided the consumer is clearly informed and gives explicit consent.

By checking the confirmation box at checkout, the Buyer acknowledges that they have had the opportunity to read and understand these Terms, and accepts that they are binding, regardless of whether they were read in full.

14. Amendments

HRK Shop reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. The applicable version is the one in effect at the time of purchase.
