Pre-order items require assembly or restocking before shipping, with the timeframe specified in the product description.

3. Dispatch and Delivery
Products in stock will be dispatched within 2 to 10 working days after receipt of cleared payment from the Buyer. Pre-order items that are not in stock will be delivered within the time frame specified in the description. Items are shipped only after receiving cleared payment and only to the address provided at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and delivery service, and the Seller is not responsible for transportation delays. Delivery may be limited to certain destinations or countries. Tracking details will be provided if applicable. Pre-order items will be shipped after assembly and testing is completed.

4. Payment
Bank Transfer and Credit Card payments are accepted. If cleared payment is not received within 7 days of placing the order, the order will be cancelled.

5. Customs Fees and Additional Charges
The Seller is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or other additional charges that may occur. The Buyer is required to pay these charges. These charges will not be refunded by the Seller, including for cancelled or returned orders.

6. Order Cancellation

7. Return Policy
Items can only be returned in undamaged condition, without signs of use such as wear, tears, or scratches, and with original packaging, accessories, and intact warranty seals, if applicable. The Buyer must notify the Seller within 7 days of receiving the item if they wish to return it. After 7 days from the delivery date, return and refund requests may not be accepted. The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and must use a tracked delivery service. Refunds will be issued after receipt of the returned item(s). If the item shows visible signs of use or damage, the return will not be accepted and the refund will be denied. Custom-made products may be excluded from returns and refunds.

8. Products Damaged During Transport
The Buyer must inform the Seller within 24 hours of receiving damaged products. Damaged items must be returned immediately to the Seller in their original condition, including packaging and accessories. The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Replacement products will be sent to the Buyer free of charge.

9. Warranty Terms and Conditions
The Seller provides a standard 12-month warranty for any HRK product purchased from the online store, covering all manufacturing and component faults. Third-party products are excluded from this warranty. Faulty or damaged items must be returned to the Seller in their original condition, including packaging and accessories. The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. The faulty product will be tested, repaired, and returned to the Buyer, or in some cases, a replacement product may be provided. Any attempts by the Buyer or unauthorized service to repair, alter the circuitry, or otherwise interfere with the product’s integrity voids the warranty, as does removal of the warranty seal (if applicable). Any damage caused by the user, incorrect use, or mishandling that results in product damage also voids the warranty. The user should read the manual and the information provided on the product website before using the purchased item. Warranty terms and conditions may vary depending on the product type and model. Any special warranty terms and conditions will be supplied with the product or stated in the product information if applicable.

10. Warranty Void
In the event of warranty voidance, the Seller disclaims any responsibility for the product and declines any free warranty repairs or provision of replacement products. Any implied claims will be rejected. The Buyer will be responsible for covering any repair and spare component costs and shipping. The Seller reserves the right to refuse any repairs or any other involvement in the case of a severe breach of the Warranty Terms and Conditions.

11. Privacy Policy and Personal Data
By placing an order, the Buyer agrees that their details, such as name, postal address, and email address, will be securely stored in the database for the purpose of processing the order. The Seller may occasionally send emails to the Buyer about new products and offers but will not provide any personal information to third parties.
