The 80’S BAX EQ is a Classic Two Band Equalizer Colour Module, inspired by the famous Swiss Console design.
The 80’S BAX EQ delivers +/- 15dB of Boost or Cut per each band; HF:10kHz and the LF:80Hz.
The 80’S BAX EQ is made with NOS, metal case, Integrated Circuits from 80’s. The similar type which was used in the old consoles of the era.
The 80’S BAX EQ adds subtle harmonics and enhances the details of the processed music material.
The 80’S BAX EQ is perfect for Tracking and Mastering and it can be used with the C544 or C2584 Signal Processors
All samples were recorded with the C2584 Stereo Colour Processor. All samples peak levels are matched. Any perceived difference in loudness is a result of the compression which is introduced by the 80’S Tape Driver. The 80’S BAX EQ set to LF/HF +5dB boost.
