Terms and Conditions of the Sale Contract – Revision 6/10/2021
The Seller is an entity which provides and ships the products available on this website. The Buyer is the person or the company or entity, which placed the order and paid for the product or service. By placing the order, the Buyer agrees to comply with the Terms and Conditions of the Sale Contract listed in the current revision of the Terms and Condition document and enters into the Sale Contract with the Seller.
- Product Description and Condition.
Product condition is specified in the description of the product.
Pictures are provided only as an example. An actual appearance of the product(s) may vary, including electronic components type, colour and shape, PCB revision and colour, any branding, text or markings, may be different than shown in pictures.
Pre-order items have to be assembled or re-stock before shipping. The assembly time or the shipping time will be specified in the product description. DIY (Do-It-Yourself) products are delivered as not assembled, and the package contains only essential components. Tools are not provided. DIY products require assembly and testing.
The Buyer has to assemble and test the DIY KIT, and the manual will be provided if applicable.
- Dispatch and Delivery.
Purchased products which are in stock are dispatched within 2 to 10 working days after receiving a cleared payment for the order from the Buyer. Pre-Order items will be delivered within the time pointed in the description. Pre-Order items are not in stock, and time is required to replenish the supply.
The item will be sent ONLY after receiving cleared payment.
The item will be sent ONLY to the address provided at the checkout.
Delivery time may vary depending on destination/country and the delivery service. The Seller is not responsible for transportation delays.
Delivery to a selected destination or country may be limited. The tracking details will be provided if applicable.
Pre-order items will be shipped after the assembly and the testing process is finished.
The Bank Transfer, Credit Card and PayPal payments are accepted. If the cleared payment is not received within 14 days after placing the order, the order will be cancelled.
- Customs Fees and Additional Charges.
The Seller is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes or other additional charges which may occur. The Buyer is required to pay any customs fees, taxes and additional charges. Any customs fees, taxes and additional charges will not be refunded by the Seller, including cancelled or returned orders.
- Order Cancellation.
The order can be cancelled only within 24h of the cleared payment is received.
The order cannot be cancelled if the item is shipped. The order cancellation request has to be sent from https://hrkshop.eu/contact/
- Return Policy.
Items can be returned only in undamaged conditions and without signs of use such as wear, tears or scratches, with original packaging, including accessories and with intact warranty seals – if applicable.
The Buyer should notify the Seller within 7 days from the date when the item was received that he wishes to return the item. After the 7 days from the order delivery date, the return and refund request may not be accepted. Returns will not be accepted if the product(s) was used for more than 14 days.
The Buyer is required to pay for the return shipping. The item has to be sent by the tracked delivery service.
The Buyer is responsible for selecting the correct domestic or international shipping service.
The refund for the purchased item(s) will be issued after receiving the returned item(s).
If the item has visible signs of use such as marks, traces, scuffs or is damaged in any way, the return will be not accepted and the refund will be denied. The returned item(s) will be sent back to the Buyer. Please send the return request using the contact form on https://hrkshop.eu/contact/
The Buyer agrees that point 7 Return Policy of Terms and Conditions supersedes any local regulations regarding return policies. By placing the order, the Buyer agrees to point 7. Return Policy of Terms and Conditions. Custom made products may be excluded from returns and refunds.
- Products Damaged During the Transport.
The Buyer has to inform the Seller within 24h about receiving the damaged products.
Any items damaged during the transport have to be returned immediately to the Seller in the original condition, including the packaging and accessories if provided. The Buyer is required to cover the return shipping. Replacement products will be sent for free to the Buyer.
- Warranty Terms and Conditions.
The Seller grants a standard 12-month warranty for any HRK product purchased from the online store. The standard warranty covers all manufacturing faults and component faults. Third-party products are excluded from the warranty.
Faulty or damaged items or products need to be returned for repairs to the Seller in the original condition, including the packaging and accessories if provided. The Buyer is required to cover the return shipping. The faulty product will be tested, repaired and returned to the Buyer. In some cases, a replacement product may be provided to exchange the defective item.
Any attempts of repair, any circuitry alteration or any other interference with the integrity of the product, conducted by the Buyer or unauthorised service void the warranty. Removal of the warranty seal (if applicable) voids the warranty.
Any damage to the product caused by the user, any incorrect use or handling of the product which results to the damage to the product void the warranty. The user should read the manual and the information provided on the product website before the use of the purchased item.
The warranty terms and conditions may vary depending on product type and model. Any special warranty terms and conditions will be supplied with the product or stated in the product information if applicable.Warranty Void.
In case of warranty void, the Seller disclaims any responsibility for the product and declines any free warranty repairs or provision of the replacement products. Any implied claims will be rejected. The Buyer will be responsible for covering any repair and spare component costs and the shipping. The Seller reserves the right to refuse any repairs or any other involvement in the case of a severe breach of the Warranty Terms and Conditions.
By placing the order, the Buyer agrees that the Buyer’s details such as name and surname, postal address and email address will be stored securely in the database for the purpose of processing the order placed by the Buyer.
Occasional email may be sent to the Buyer’s email address to inform about new products and offers. The Seller will not provide any personal information to any third party. Occasional newsletter emails may be sent to the provided email to inform about new products and offers.
The Buyer can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. The Buyer can request the removal of all personal details from the database. Such a request should be submitted using the contact form www.hrkshop.eu/contact/
- The Seller reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions.
